We have a conversation with all potential clients over the phone or email to learn about the goals for the project.
Most projects we walk the space together to see and confirm the scope of the project.
You receive a written quote for your approval 24-48 hours after the in-person appointment. It will breakdown all cost and provide terms/conditions of the project.
50% deposit due before or on the day work begins
What To Expect During
On the first day, we cover and protect flooring, electronics, and furniture and take photos to document.
For carpentry projects, we take measurements and do mock-ups on the first day.
Prep work such as surface repair, plastering, or sanding is done next.
Priming, painting, installation, and finishing work follows.
Communications with you are open during the entire project.
For cabinetry we may remove all doors to take to our shop for spraying.
Once we complete the bulk of the work we will do touch-up.
What To Expect After
Details
We remove tools, debris, equipment, trash from the project and clean up.
Together we walk through the project to make a punch list if anything needs to be touched up. Most projects have some, be picky!
Once the project is completed to your satisfaction we send an invoice for the remaining balance.
All of our work comes with a warranty, please call us if you need something after the project is complete!
